Refund Policy and Payments

Payments: When it comes to payment for services the client is responsible for payment for any service rendered. It is our goal that our customers are pleased.

The options for a refund are explained below.

Refunds: We don’t do refunds for money. You in certain circumstances are a candidate for a Spa credit.

If you purchase a package on sale and decide to change, you will lose the discount. The dollar amount will remain what you paid.

Due to the nature of product and consumables use; If the service has been rendered there a no refunds or exchanges. For example, if you have completed a treatment session separate for patient satisfaction you are responsible for payment.

Skin care returns, unused products will receive a refund, in an electronic manner regardless of payment form.
